Delivery Charges
Please note that we are currently delivering within the UK and other countries of the European Union (please set your delivery as “Mainland Europe”). If you have any queries about delivery charges to other countries please email us at contact@parasiteceramics.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote and estimated delivery time.
Our rates for packaging and delivery within the UK are: Standard Delivery is £5.00 and £4.00 for Second Class.
Please ensure to click the correct delivery option at the Check Out. Majority of orders are dispatched via First Class and larger packages (over 30x30x30 cm) might be a subject to Standard Parcel Delivery by Royal Mail.
We aim to get your parcel dispatched as quickly as possible and usually in 3-4 working days, in case of any delays we’ll always contact you. Please remember to allow extra time during our busy periods, like Christmas, sale days, bank holidays and be sure to note if your order is urgent so we can try our best to meet your deadline in order to ensure that please leave us a message at the check out page.
Please note that Royal Mail deadline for postage for Christmas 2012 is 22 December.
